Our Programs & Classes

Members of a full service health club have many reasons for their interest in this type of facility. Some are drawn to the physical fitness or weight-loss advantages. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives.


Whether you are interested in our programs for mental or physical well being, Bellingham Fitness offers a number of programs that will fit your developmental needs and your busy schedule as well.

Boot Camp, Weight Loss and Conditioning

Boot Camp is designed specifically for weight loss and conditioning. Due to the popularity of the boot camps we offer several different times but they are limited to 20 participants and do fill fast. Please call club for details. First-timers welcome.

Total Body Makeover

TOTAL BODY MAKEOVER solution offers guaranteed results as you work one-on-one with your fitness coach/ personal trainer. This program is designed to produce dramatic before and after photos. The TOTAL BODY MAKEOVER will change your Body, Mind and Spirit. This program begins with a one hour complimentary fitness evaluation with the director of our Fitness Training Department. Please call the club at 733-1600 to set up an appointment with Josh for your Success Planning program.


Open to members and non-members. Very Fun. Come try it for free! Zumba times are: Mon./Wed. at 9:30am & 6:30pm, Tues./Thurs. at 5:30pm, Friday at 8:30am and Sat. at 10:00am.

Zumba Toning is Monday at 10:30am and Friday at 9:30am. Zumba Gold is Wednesday at 10:30am.

Power Yoga

Open to members and non-members. Come try Power Yoga for free the first time. Power Yoga is Monday & Wednesday at 7:30pm and Saturday from 8am-9:25am.

Group Exercise

Do it in a group! The beauty of exercising to music with a group and being led by a group exercise leader is that you tend to work harder and longer than you would on your own. The support provided by classmates who share your quest for a better body and mind can hasten success for everyone involved. We offer programs for all fitness levels, join a class today!


This class offers you a body balancing system that strengthens, lengthens, realigns and defines your body. Pilates is an exercise-based system that aims to develop the body's "centre" in order to create a stable core for all types of movement. Eventually the body will move with maximum efficiency and minimum effort. Postural changes as well as increased flexibility are only a few of the benefits Pilates provides.

Yoga Classes

Yoga provides many physical and mental benefits, including improved physical fitness, mental clarity, stress control and general well-being. Yoga also increases strength by toning the muscles. Each class is designed to build the student’s strength and flexibility and inspire peace and tranquility. Yoga class is a place and time to concentrate on yourself, to workout, relax, breathe, and feel all sensations in your body and let go of tension.


Whether you are just getting started or have an established training program, we can help you achieve your fitness or racing goals with our spinning program. Spinning is an aerobic exercise that is performed to music on specially designed stationary bikes. This concept was created by a world-class bicyclist named Jonny G as a method of training for races. Spinning is also an excellent calorie burner, using about 600 calories in an hour.
